WMelons and the WMelons POS Mobile Application are proprietary products owned and operated by Matjar Technologies and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary logic from the platform is strictly prohibited.
Access to and use of WMelons and WMelons POS Mobile Application are granted only to authorized users for legitimate business purposes. Any misuse of the platform by an individual, organization, or third party—including but not limited to unauthorized access, data extraction, or system manipulation—will be considered a violation of our intellectual property rights.
In the event of such violations, Matjar Technologies reserves the full right to initiate legal proceedings and seek remedies to the maximum extent permitted under the laws and regulations of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
